Macroeconomics

Welcome to the course of Macroeconomics. This course provides students with key macroeconomic tools and models, useful to understand the working of economic systems and the behaviour of the main macroeconomic variables, such as gross domestic product, employment, consumption and inflation. After completing the course, students will be able to understand the main economic indicators and their complex interrelations

Business Law

The course of Business Law offers a reasoned approach to the fundamentals of European Company Law, which constitutes the basic system for national company law and often the natural starting point when company law matters need to be resolved. Therefore, this course aims to give an insight into the existing European Company Law structure and shed some light on its development in the foreseeable future. As results of learning outcomes, the candidate shall acquire familiarity with the juridical lexicon and adequate knowledge of European Company Law.

Private Law

The course aims to provide the basic notions and principles of Italian private law, which is the branch of law concerning the relationships between parties acting on a level playing field. After a short introduction on the purposes of private law, we shall investigate the subjects of persons, contracts, torts and property.

EU public law for economics

The evolving European integration process represents a crucial opportunity of growth and of contextual enhancement of the common values on which the Union is founded. The promotion of economic and social progress through sustainable development within the context of the Internal Market requires reinforced social and economic cohesion among the European citizens. The course EU Public law for economics is designed for both economics and law students and aims to outline the core values and principles of public law within the European Union framework, as well as the establishment of a European Legal Order and its relation both with the EU Member States and the rest of the world.

Marketing

This course aims to provide students with fundamental notions about marketing, thanks to the exploration of the definition of marketing, its principles and its role as company function. Moreover, through the use of business cases, students will have the chance to act as decision markers, developing their skills in the problem-solving approach.

Financial Accounting and Business Administration (Modulo di Financial Accounting)

Accounting is the language of business. After this course in Financial Accounting, you will be able to understand this language and to use accounting to record the most common business transactions in the normal course of business. You will also be able to read and understand the financial statements issued by a company.
